• This inventory contains 8 sets of words or word phrases.

• There are 4 words or word phrases in each set.

• There are 4 small boxes to the left of the words in each set.

• Consider the words in the first set: Aggressive, Pleasant, Agreeable and Talkative.

• Which word best describes you? Enter the number (1) in the box to the left of the word that best describes you.

• Which word in the first set second best describes you? Enter the number (2) in the small box to the left of that word.

• Which word in the first set third best describes you?  Enter the number (3) in the small box to the left of that word.

• Which word in the first set least describes you? Enter a (4) in the box to the left of that word.

• Repeat this process for all eight sets of words.

• You must have one of each of a 1,2,3 and 4 in each set of words. Do not enter two of any one digit.
